 Walk-Ins?
Reservations?

For dinner & brunch, we accept reservations for parties of 6+.

Most Special Events require an RSVP & are paid in advance.  However, there may be an occasion when we have a late cancellation or a menu's flexibility allows for a last minute RSVP or a walk-in.  So please contact us or call 603-527-8222 to inquire about any availability, even last minute!  If we are able to accommodate, we would love to have you join us!

The Market?

Normal Market Operations, including lunch & fresh baked goods, will return in the Spring. Until then, retail wine, gourmet products, & kitchen/barware are available during dining hours or by calling ahead

During the summer, The Market offers quick serve, relaxed dining to enjoy on-site or to take away.  The Market offers made-to-order artisan sandwiches, fresh salads, & flatbreads.  There is also a bakery counter of fresh baked bread & pastries, in add to retail cheese & charcuterie.  Wine & beer, as well as espresso drinks, are available.  The Market carries a curated selection of retail products, such as jams, bottled beverages, kitchen & barware, chocolates, and bottled wine. Outdoor, dog friendly dining is available on the lower deck. Currently, during the quiet season, The Market is closed for regular operations, including lunch & fresh baked goods.

The Rooftop?

The Rooftop is currently closed for the quieter (and colder, darker!) seasons.

The Rooftop Wine Bar is open seasonally & weather permitting, Thursday through Saturday  In addition to over 35 wines, by the glass & bottle, the Rooftop also offers a selection of craft beers & wine-focused cocktails.  For up-to-date hours, check Facebook or call 603-527-8222.

Parking?

There is plenty of available parking.  Customer Only parking is available directly in front of the building.

During the summer, customers can also receive validated/free 2-hour parking in the Paid Lots on either side of the building -- the paved/downhill lot and the dirt/uphill lot.  Depending on the season, if you are arriving with a trailer, RV, bus, or other large vehicle, there is paid parking available for your rig in the dirt/uphill lot.

Kids?

The Market is great for quick, casual family dining.  While The Market is quick-serve, just about everything is fresh, made-to-order, from scratch, with some kid-friendly options.  NOTE:  The Market is only open during the summer season.

In The Kitchen, the menus are designed for an adult palate and are planned for a leisurely pace.  A children's menu is not available. While children are certainly welcome in The Kitchen & at most special events, parents know best if dining at The Kitchen is an appropriate experience for their child.   Some events, like Mixology & Wine Tastings, are for those age 21+ only.

Similarly, The Rooftop is a Wine Bar with a more adult atmosphere & menu, without kid specific options.  Parents know their children best to determine if their children will join them on The Rooftop.

Attire?

Casual & comfortable are perfect!  We kindly request appropriate restaurant attire (ie, shirt & shoes, no beach wear), without profanity, obscenity, or nudity.

While many Special Events or Menus in The Kitchen are a bit elevated, the 70N vibe is quite comfortable --  and we want you to be, too!  The description of the Menu or Event serves as a good guide for what you may want to wear, and some Events have a theme that you are welcome (and encouraged!) to lean into.

Take Out?

For dinner & brunch, we do not currently offer take-out.  We are researching & testing containers which will be able to appropriately serve our take-out needs while maintaining the quality & presentation of the food.

When open in the summer, most all items on The Market menu are available to take-out.

Payment for Special Events?

In most cases, payment is taken when an RSVP is confirmed.  Approximately a week ahead, a member of the 70N team will call to confirm your reservation, answer any questions, & take payment at that time.

Tipping for Special Events?

In general, when an Event or Menu is prepaid, service is included in the price of the Event.  So all you need to do is show up, enjoy, & leave at your leisure. While very appreciated, any additional gratuities are not expected and are at the discretion of the guest.

If you are paying at the event, such as for a cash bar, for additional beverages, or off an a la carte menu, service or gratuity is not included.

Need to cancel?

Our Special Menus & Events are carefully planned.  A considerable amount of R&D goes into each event, & we need sufficient lead time to ensure that everything is attended to.  The food (some of which are speciality items) must be ordered & prepped, the staff scheduled, & the room arranged.  With that in mind, we do require a minimum of two weeks notice for any cancellations to receive a full refund (less a $10/person processing fee).   For cancellations at least seven (7) days prior to the Event, if we are able to fill your spot(s) from the waitlist, you will receive a full refund (less a $10/person processing fee); otherwise, any cancellations of at least seven (7) days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund (less a $10/person processing fee).  No refunds are given for cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to the event.  To submit a request to cancel, please complete the Cancellation Request Form.

Transfer RSVP?

If you are unable to attend an Event, you may transfer your RSVP to another party.  They may attend in your name/under your RSVP; or you may tell us whom we can expect in your place by contacting us.  We are unable to transfer payment from you to the another party.

Wait List?

Each Menu or Event has a limited seating capacity.  Should we reach the limit, you can choose to be placed on the Wait List.  As cancellations are received, those on the waitlist will be given the opportunity to join us.  In addition, if the menu & staffing allows, we can sometimes accommodate last minute RSVPs or walk-ins.  Please call 603-527-8222 for last minute inquiries.

Dietary Restrictions?

While we are able to note dishes that may contain common allergens, we are often unable to accommodate special diets or dietary restrictions.  With at least two weeks' notice, an accommodation may be possible. If you are interested in learning more about a Menu or its ingredients, please Contact Us.  Anyone with dietary or ingredient concerns should have their concerns answered or addressed prior to providing payment for an event.  Beyond the cancellation policy, refunds will not be given for cancellations due to allergens, dietary restrictions, or preferences.

Private Events?

Yes, we do have rental spaces for your Private Event.  We can't wait to hear about what you are planning!  Please see the Private Events Page or complete an Inquiry Form
