Mixology: Holiday Cocktails

A fun, interactive evening around the 70 North bar.  We'll craft & sample holiday inspired cocktails, enjoy an ensemble of small plates from The Kitchen, & learn some liquor & bartending basics.  The small plate menu will include Gruyere Gourgeres, Roasted Beets & Citrus, Apple Cider Brined Pork Tenderloin, & a Cheese & Charcuterie plate.  Cocktails are still in the R&D phase but so far a punch, a martini, & a G&T have made the cut.  Which two will round out the evening's drink menu?!
