baby gem lettuce & shaved pecorino feathers, 

crisp parmesan frico, toasted focaccia planks, & a black peppercorn cream

Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes

house made meatloaf of pork, beef, & veal, 

served with garlic & butter roasted asparagus spears, 

whipped russet potato purée with aromas of truffle 

& a bordelaise demi glace

lemon & vanilla pound cake 

with thyme roasted strawberries & mascarpone sweet cream
